Positive price increases for home values in most cities within Riverside County. Statistics show price gains in median value over the last quarter and the last month of sales. These sales statistics are in contrast to last year's stagnate or decreasing sales prices. Might possibly be an indication we've seen the bottom in the real estate market in Riverside County.

2012 Housing Forecast: Riverside Area at Bottom?

Have housing prices hit bottom in the Riverside Metropolitan Area? Zillow's recent Home Value Forecast predicts prices will bottom for our area in 2012. Zillow’s chief economist, Stan Humphries, stated in a news release that "...it is undeniable that we are seeing sparks of life in the housing market.”
